[ircd-ratbox] Yay, more errors. cluster::type is nonexistant?

Hm. I thought example.efnet.conf would be up-to-date with the new
syntax, etc it's supposed to be using. Perhaps you need to correct
cluster::type to cluster::flags in there. Sorry if my questions
bothered you; I'll try to read more thoroughly next time.
