On both ratbox and hybrid 7 servers on EFnet, I did a /quote WHO #hybrid.coders o and a /quote WHO * o To attempt to list all opers in that channel. The query listed all users in the channel, not limiting the replies to opers only. Hybrid 6 and CSr work as expected, as does csircd in the WHO channel case.
