- fixed an ip hiding leak in autoconnects
- removed the paranoid notices (notices to a +pi channel when someone
   /invites) to fix the /invite bug.
- fixed the kline parser to accept commas in kline reasons
- you can now specify in a connect {}; block vhost="IP"; to specify the
   IP to bind to for this specific connection.
- underscores are now allowed in hostnames
- messaging yourself wasnt resetting your idle - fixed.
- fixed the order on ERR_USERNOTINCHANNEL
- added back code to allow msg ident@server for non-opers to sync with hyb6
- added clustering code (equivalent of hyb6s SLAVE_SERVERS, but not
   compatible with them) for sharing klines/unklines/locops automatically
- updates to RPL_ISUPPORT (005)

- fix a potential overflow with +a/-a modes.
- backport the \0@\0 kline fix
- fixed a symbol pollution issue
- fixed an exit_client that was called with a source_p instead of
- update experimental epoll loop to the current kernel interface
- fixed checking for duplicate xlines on /xline
- fixed /names and /who to use more sensible ordering of clients
- fixed a memleak in linebufs
- fixed a case where ident checking didn't return a failure


This is the current release candidate version of ircd-ratbox.
