[ircd-ratbox] Services Database Problem

I just got ircd-ratbox and ratbox-services-sqlite running, and the database
file is created as it should be, however when I try to register my username
with userserv the services terminate and log the following:

2008/9/1 19.52 fatal error: problem with db file: unable to open database
file
2008/9/1 19.52 ratbox-services terminated: (problem with db file)

Anyone have any idea how I can get it to correctly access the database?
