[ircd-ratbox] dbupgrade for Services Upgrade from 1.1.2 to 1.2.1

Greetings,

I'm upgrading Services from 1.1.2 to 1.2.1 on a FreeBSD 7.0 server - via the
FreeBSD ports system.

The 1.2.1 dbupgrade.pl script doesn't cater for version 1.1.2. Looking at
the code, I'm guessing that telling dbupgrade that I'm upgrading from 1.1.1
should achieve the desired result. Is that correct?
